Requirement

Experience and Qualifications: B com/M com/MBA Finance/exposure in the accounting field for a minimum 5years for a Mid role and above. Openings are available for Junior, Mid & Senior levels. Experience and exposure shall be considered according to the role. For Mid & Senior level roles, good communication skills is a must. Should be well versed with Tally, Excel, GST, TCS & TDS Statutory acts. Knowledge in Import or should be well versed with Import procedures. 
Previous experience in an Auditing or a Chartered Accountant Firm will be an added advantage.

Job Duties

1. Verify and Record expenses, purchases, sales, and all transactions in Tally up to date on a day basis.
2. Preparing files list and filing every document accordingly besides maintaining Master List for files.
3. Ensuring Daily bank entries is done and accomplishing monthly BRS
4. Vendor payments and Customers payment after verification and validation.
5. Clear and get approval on TA payments to Employees from Management and process the same.
6. Receipts – Updated from Bank and send receipts vouchers to the customers
7. Raising Debit notes and Credit Notes, invoices, and all necessary documents.

Statutory
1. Monthly TDS / GST / TCS workings and Recon.
2. Compliance with Professional tax, EPF & ESIC.

2. AP & AR
3. Monthly payouts / Utilities
4. Month on Month – P&L
